If you choose to hire us

- For representation, not for submitting your request. Payable as specified in your signed agreement.
- Hourly attorney charges
- None
- We do not charge hourly attorney fees.
- Remaining attorney fee
- On contingency
- Only if we win a recovery for you, based on the amount recovered. The percentage is agreed in writing before you hire us.
What if there is no recovery?
The contingent portion of our attorney fee is not owed if there is no recovery. The separate $3,800 flat fee still applies under your signed agreement. This is not an entirely “no win, no fee” arrangement.
Nothing to pay when you submit
Neither the short request nor the full questionnaire is a payment or a contract. Representation begins only after we accept your matter and you sign a written agreement. No result or recovery is guaranteed.
